4. 12,000 Payveevon Spas Plus were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner. Seized materials are commercial quantity of contraband under the provisions of the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

6. Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. CRM (NDPS) 651 of 2025 is dismissed.
