Report submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Jalpaiguri through the learned Registrar, Circuit Bench of Calcutta High Court at Jalpaiguri be kept with the record. The said report reflects that the next date of Complaint Case being CR 376/2013 is fixed on 30.01.2025 for hearing of arguments of the case.

In view of the case having commenced in the year 2013 and more than 11 years have passed since the initiation of the proceedings, I direct the learned trial court to fix as many number of dates as it pleases, but pronounce the judgement on or before 15th March, 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 518 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
