1. At the time of hearing, Mr. Sarkar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in virtual mode submits before this Court that the judgment and order dated 08.01.2025 passed by this Court in WPA 2704 of 2024 has been fully complied with by the alleged contemnors.

2. In view of such, he has been instructed not to proceed with the instant contempt application any further.

3. In view of the submission as made on behalf of the writ petitioner, CPAN 1 of 2026 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. With the dismissal of the instant contempt application, the pending interlocutory application/applications, if there be any, stands hereby disposed of.
