We have considered the materials on record.
Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. She was subjected to torture and suffered unnatural death at the matrimonial home.

In view of the nature of offence and role of the petitioner therein we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
