2. Commercial quantity of brown sugar was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

3. Petitioner is therefore, unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

4. Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. CRM (NDPS) 668 of 2025 is dismissed.
