1. The writ application has been preferred praying for certain reliefs which includes demolition of certain illegal constructions made by the private respondents.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the petitioners' representation dated 2nd August, 2023 has not been considered by the respondent nos. 4 and 5.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the said representation on hearing all stake holders and dispose of the same within three months from the date of communication of this order.

Private respondent is at liberty to place the licence granted to him by the Fire Service Authority as submitted by him before the respondent no. 4 which the authority shall consider.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
