This is an application by the defendant-wife in a matrimonial suit for transfer of the same. 2.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that matrimonial suit instituted by the opposite party-husband has been withdrawn under Order XXIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 with a leave to file afresh.

A copy of the order dated 7th May, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Alipurduar in MAT 275 of 2025 placed before the Court is taken on record.

The transfer application is disposed of without any further orders as the same has become infructuous.
