This is a subsequent application for anticipatory bail. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in in circumstance since then. 2.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to entertain the subsequent application for anticipatory bail and prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

We are surprised to note the investigating agency has not taken steps for apprehension of the petitioner in spite or rejection of prayer for anticipatory bail. 4.

Investigating officer shall submit report with regard to steps taken by him for apprehension of the petitioner in the present case.

Report shall be filed before the next available circuit Bench.
