Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the principal accused. He sexually violated the minor. It is also relevant to note co-accused who are on bail are threatening the family members of the minor. In view of nature of offence and other attending circumstances we do not consider it prudent to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
