We have considered the materials on record. Part of the stolen articles i.e. tea leaves were recovered from the house of petitioner no. 2. Materials also disclose the involvement of petitioner no. 1 in the theft of tea leaves. Investigation is still in progress. Custodial interrogation may lead to further recoveries.

Under such circumstances we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
