1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioners who are the in-laws of the victimhousewife subjected her to torture. She suffered unnatural death within seven months of marriage. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
