Inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on February 11, 2026.

In the 4th paragraph of the 2nd page of the order "learned Special Judge (NDPS) Alipurduar" be read as "learned Special Judge (NDPS) Additional Sessions Judge,1st Court, Jalpaiguri". The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on February 11, 2026.
