1. The affidavit of service filed in court is taken on record.

2. Learned Advocates appear for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

3. State is represented.

4. The petitioner requests transfer on medical grounds and the petitioner seeks for inter district transfer. The petitioner has not filed any application before the respondent no.4. If any application is filed before the respondent no.4, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within a period of six weeks from receipt thereof.

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to produce all necessary documents in support of her case. It also appears that her present posting is 820 kms. away from her home and she has a three year old baby.

6. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent, at the time of communicating the order of the court.

7. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
