Petitioners submit that there was free fight between the parties. Allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus. Investigation is complete. They pray for bail.

Learned lawyer for the state opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show involvement of the petitioners in the crime. Offence involves murder. In view of the gravity of offence we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
