Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that only summons has been issued against the petitioners for appearance before the learned Magistrate. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the State has prayed for issuance of warrant of arrest after submission of charge-sheet and the case relates to Section 75(2) of the BNS, 2023 along with other substantive offences. Be that as it may, since the petitioners do not intend to pursue with the application for anticipatory bail, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1007 of 2025, is dismissed as not pressed.
