Learned counsel for the respondents states that since the final adjudication order has been passed in the present case, the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the show cause notice as well as the adjudication order passed by the respondents. Liberty is granted to the petitioner.

With this direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
