The petitioner is in custody for more than 100 days and prays for bail.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.
Recovery of offending weapon has been made pursuant to the leading statement of the petitioner. The petitioner was last seen together with the victim immediately before the victim was murdered.
Considering the material on record as well as gravity of the offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
CRM(M) 417 of 2025 is disposed of.
