1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they had also deposited money with co-accused viz. Nujera Khatun and were victimised in similar manner. Accordingly, they pray for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits petitioners and co-accused jointly committed the crime. They induced innocent girls to part with money on the false promise of giving training and employment.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and documentary evidence show petitioners in collusion with co-accused had induced young girls on the false promise of giving training and employment. In view of the nature of crime which has far reaching consequences, we are of the

opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
