Petitioners submit they have been falsely implicated due to political rivalry. Co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He contends allegations are serious. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Co-accused similarly circumstanced with petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to extend the same relief to the petitioners also.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners Abhik @ Avik Barman and Sagar Barman be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section

438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a further condition that petitioners shall meet the Investigating officer of the case once in a week until further orders.
