1. In the order dated January 13, 2026, 'Kedarhat Gram Panchayat' shall be corrected as 'Chhoto Salbari Gram Panchayat' in all the places the said name appears.

2. The date of joining of the petitioner as a casual worker shall be corrected as 'June 22, 2017' instead of October 29, 2013 in all places where such date appears.

3. In the second paragraph of page 6 of the order, 'first week of July 2024' be corrected as 'December 23, 2025'.

4. Department is directed to incorporate the corrections mentioned above. Rest of the portion of the order dated January 13, 2026 remains unaltered.
