Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail bonds are to be furnished to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, NDPS Cooch Behar. However inadvertently in paragraph No. 7, it has been mentioned as "Jalpaiguri". Paragraph 7 be corrected accordingly. The bail bonds be furnished to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, NDPS Cooch Behar. Remaining contents remains the same.
