Re: CRR 625 of 2025 1.

The revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 2.9.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri in connection with Siliguri Police Station case no. 642 of 2022 dated 4.7.2022 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406/420/120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 corresponding to G.R. case no. 3016 of 2022, presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Siliguri thereby issuing warrant of arrest against the petitioners.

2. Upon hearing of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and on perusing the materials on record, it appears that charge-sheet in the present case has already been submitted.

3. Considering the said fact, the impugned order be stayed for a period of 10 days with a direction that the petitioners shall surrender before the Trial court and pray for bail before the Trial court, which the Trial court shall consider in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, CRR 625 of 2025 is hereby disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial court for his information.
