The word 'dismissed' mentioned in the third last paragraph at page 5 of the order dated 30.01.2024 should read as 'disposed of.'

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
