Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh, Ms. Supriya Singh, .... for SSC The grievance of the petitioner is that the information sought for, by filing an application under the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 dated August 12, 2022 which is annexed at page 24 of the writ petition, has not been furnished. Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that the information sought for by the petitioner shall be furnished within a period of three weeks from date.

In view thereof WPA 2901 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the SPIO & Assistant Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the 5th respondent to furnish the information sought for under the provisions of Right to Information Act,

2005 as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order along with a copy of the application which has been annexed at page 24 of the writ petition.

With the above directions WPA 2901 of 2023 stands disposed of.
