1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 4th January, 2024.

2. It is submitted that the Court concerned has been wrongly mentioned as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar" instead of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga".

3. In view thereof, the order dated 4th January, 2024 is modified to the extent that instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar, the bond shall be furnished to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga.

4. CRAN 1 of 2024 is thus disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
