Re: CS No. 1 of 2022 The Court :- The parties have settled their disputes being the subject matter of suit by signing a Terms of Settlement duly signed by the defendant, the authorized signatory of the plaintiff and counter-signed by the respective advocates. Although, there is no date mentioned in the Terms of Settlement, but it appears from the signatures appended thereto that the same has been signed on 14th September, 2022. The said Terms of

Settlement has been filed in Court as part of an application being IA No. GA/3/2022 filed in the above suit.

It further appears from the Terms of Settlement that another suit between the same parties being CS/256/2021 has been also settled along with the suit being CS/1/2022.

The suit is decreed in terms of the Terms of Settlement. Let the decree be drawn up by treating the Terms of Settlement as part of the same.

All applications filed in the suit also stand disposed of without any order.

Re: CS No. 256 of 2021 This suit has been settled along with CS No. 1 of 2022 also between the same parties by executing a Terms of Settlement. The plaintiff does not wish to proceed any further with the suit. A written instruction given by the plaintiff to his advocate-on-record dated 12th September, 2022 in this regard is produced which is retained with the records. The suit is, accordingly, decreed on the terms of the settlement between the parties. A decree be drawn up treating the Terms of Settlement as part thereof.

All applications filed in the suit are, accordingly, disposed of without any further orders.
