The Court:- The Co-ordinate Bench, in terms of Order dated 26th March, 2019, observed that the suit was disposed of on 8.9.1952. A consequent direction was passed upon the department striking out the suit from the ledger forthwith. However, the Official Rceiver was not discharged . GA No. 11 of 2023 is filed with a prayer along with related prayers. Learned Counsel for the Official Receiver is present today. Before discharge, the Official Receiver shall submit statement of accounts and shall hand over and/or transfer the cause papers including the original order dated
