The Court :- The decree-holder seeks the transfer of the decree passed by this Court to the Court of the District Judge at Ranchi, since the decreeholder says that, the properties of the judgment debtors are within the jurisdiction of that Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the decree-holder draws the attention of the Court to the order dated June 30, 2010 passed in EC No. 143 of 2010. By such order, the decree was transmitted to the District Judge at Ranchi for execution.

In such circumstances, the decree put into execution in this execution petition is transferred to the learned District Judge at Ranchi for execution. The Department will treat EC No.1 of 2021 as disposed of so far as the records of the Hon'ble Court are concerned.
