... for the plaintiff The Court: The petitioner has filed the present application praying for extension of time to file accounts and inventory. This Court has granted probate on 13th March, 2019 and the probate was issued on 30th October, 2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, due to covid and for some personal difficulties, the petitioner could not file accounts and inventory within the time as allowed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to file affidavit of accounts and inventory. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.

This Court finds that sufficient reason has been shown in the application for non filing of accounts and inventory. Accordingly, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

The petitioner is directed to file affidavit of accounts and inventory within ten days from date.

GA/3/2023 is thus disposed of.
