This appeal relates to assessment year 2014-15. Learned counsel for the respondent/assessee states that the respondent/assessee has settled the dispute under Vivad Se Viswas Act, 2020 and in support of thereof, he has also produced before us a photostat copy of Form V dated 30.3.2022 issued by the Principal Commissioner of Income

Tax, Central - 2, Kolkata. Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the aforesaid position. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of. 4.
