...appears The Court : By this application, the executor seeks extension for a period of six months to complete inventory and accounts of the estate of the deceased.

Learned senior advocate appearing in support of the application submits that, the probate was granted on October 1, 2019 and that, six months was originally afforded to complete the inventory and the accounts. The inventory and the accounts could not be completed due to the pandemic.

In such circumstances, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons dated October 13, 2020. Time to complete the inventory and file accounts is extended for a period of six months from date.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
