..for the defendant The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the Judgment dated 1st September, 2025 some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner which are as follows:- At page-2 in the first line, the words being "son and" should be erased and at page-4 in the first line, the word being "Brother" should also be erased. Other portion of the Judgment remains unchanged. Let the aforesaid corrections be rectified and incorporated in the Judgment dated 1st September, 2025.
