The Court : The applicants pray for recalling of the order dated February 4, 2020 passed by this Court referring the disputes arisen between the parties to the agreement dated August 28, 2010 to an Arbitrator.

In spite of service of this application, none appears for the respondent.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to communicate this order to the respondent by Speed Post with A/D as well as by electronic mail that the application will appear, under the same heading, on January 28, 2021.

It is, however, made clear that if the present respondent, being applicant in AP/7/2020 remain unrepresented on the next date of hearing, this application may be decided in its absence. The petitioners shall file an affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
