..for respondent The Court :- The award holder/IGFC First Bank has handed up a document which is a "No Due Certificate" issued to the borrower. According to the bank, the awarded amount has been paid and nothing remains to be decided in the application under Sec. 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. None appears in support of this application.

Accordingly, the "No Due Certificate" is retained with the records and the application under Section 34 is dismissed for default. The award-holder submits that the award has been satisfied.
