The Court : It is submitted by Mr. Udaynarayan Betal instructed by Mr. Dwaipayana Mitra appearing on behalf of the petitioner that they have received instruction not to proceed further with the application for grant of probate. The application being PLA No. 3 of 2022 is treated as on day's list and is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the original application for grant of probate is dismissed as withdrawn, all pending applications are also disposed of without any further order.
