...for the plaintiff The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the Judgment dated 10th March, 2025, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner :- At page no.1, paragraph no.2, line no.3 is inadvertently recorded as "5/27" instead of "527".

At page no.2, paragraph no.3, line no.2 as well as at page no.2, paragraph no.4, first line the name is wrongly recorded as "Chandana Sannayal" instead of "Chandana Sanyal".

At page no.4, paragraph no.3, line no.6 is inadvertently recorded as "25/07/2014" instead of "25/07/2024".

Let the aforesaid corrections be rectified and incorporated in the Judgment dated 10th March, 2025.
