...for the petitioner The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, an Arbitrator has been appointed in terms of the arbitration agreement.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the parties to approach the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for any further reliefs.

The interim order dated 14th January, 2026 stands confirmed. Nothing further survives in this application The Arbitral Tribunal is at liberty to vacate, vary, or grant any other reliefs in accordance with law.
