The Court :- The application is under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time to complete the arbitration. Learned advocates appearing for the parties submit that, the parties entered into a terms of settlement dated December 5, 2020 and that, both the present application as well as the arbitration proceeding can be disposed of on the basis of the terms of settlement.

The terms of settlement filed in Court be taken on record. The terms of settlement is executed by the parties. In such circumstances, AP 17 of 2020 along with the arbitration conducted pursuant to the order dated May 4, 2017 in AP No.232 of 2017 are disposed of.
