Learned Counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the compliance wherein the Special Officer (Building) vide order dated 06.04.2026 has passed the necessary directions in terms of the order dated 10th April, 2025.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.

With the aforesaid direction, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
