The Court: The petitioner is granted leave to deposit the bank draft within 8th April, 2025 before the Registrar, Original Side, Calcutta. The Registrar, Original Side shall deposit the same in a short term auto renewable interest bearing fixed deposit with any Nationalized Bank till the further orders. With regard to the prayer for extension of the time to deposit 50% of the amount by bank guarantee, this Court extends the time by a further period of 15 days as a last chance.

In case of failure, the award holder can make appropriate prayers before the learned Arbitrator.
