Counsel for the petitioner submits that the office has indicated several defects and after going through the same, the petitioner found that the same could not be cured by way of amendment and prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file afresh.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to withdraw PLA/9/2020 with the liberty to file afresh. The Court fees paid by the petitioner shall be adjusted if the petitioner files an application on the self same cause of action. The original Will and the death certificate annexed with the present application be returned to the petitioner upon furnishing the certified copy of the said documents.

PLA/9/2020 is disposed of as withdrawn.
