The Court: It is submitted that a demand draft of 50% of the awarded amount drawn on the State Bank of India, has been deposited before the learned Registrar, Original Side, Calcutta.

A copy thereof has been furnished along with the receipt. Time to deposit the bank guarantee is extended by a period of two weeks, as a last chance, failing which, the award holder can make appropriate prayers before the learned executing court.
