He submits that, the appellant is, however, reserving right to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Respondent is represented.

The contention of the appellant that, the appeal is not maintainable under Section 13 of the Act of 2015 is accepted. TEMPAPO-IPD/1/2026 along with all pending applications are dismissed as not pressed.
