The learned Advocate for the plaintiff, on instruction by placing before this Court a written communication dated 24th March, 2026, would submit that the parties have settled the dispute inter se between themselves and, accordingly, he has been instructed to seek withdrawal of the suit.

Mr. Ghosh, learned senior Advocate representing the defendant nos.1, 2 and 3 does not raise any objection. Mr. Singh, learned Advocate led by Mr. Trivedi, learned senior Advocate also does not raise any objection on their behalf as well. 4.

Having regard thereto, let the suit being CS/5/2025 along with all connected applications filed by the plaintiff stand dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Interim orders, if any subsisting, stand vacated.

The department is directed to draw up the decree accordingly. 7.

Let a copy of the written instruction as placed before this Court be taken on record.
