The Court : This is an application for execution of a decree dated 24th May, 2018 as modified on 26th June, 2018. It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that during the pendency of this application the judgment debtors have filed an application under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and also obtained a stay of the award.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree holder, EC/14/2019 is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the decree holder to file a fresh execution application, if so advised in accordance with law, at the appropriate stage if necessary.
