The Court:- Learned Advocate for the decree holder is present. Learned advocate furnishes a copy of the letter dated 6th February, 2025 addressed by learned Deputy Sheriff of Calcutta to Mr. Ayan Banerjee, plaintiff in CS/274/2017.

By the said letter, the learned Deputy Sheriff intimated that in obedience to the order dated 6th January, 2025 passed by his lordship Hon'ble Justice Dr. Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, Vacant possession of the decreetal premises is handed over to Mr. Ayan Banerjee on 6th February, 2025 at 12.10 pm peacefully after breaking the padlock before the decreetal premises free from all encumbrances.

Learned Advocate for the plaintiff submits that the decree has already been completed. In the facts and circumstances, EC/2/2024 stands disposed of.
