The Court: The appeal is against an eviction decree. Pursuant to previous orders, the appellant has been depositing occupation charges with the Registrar, Original Side and the respondent has been receiving a part thereof on a monthly basis. The present application is for a direction on the Registrar, Original Side to transfer the requisite proportion of the monthly occupation charges to the respondent's bank account directly so that no contact or physical visit is necessary during this period affected by the pandemic.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that a representative met with the Registrar, Original Side and has been advised that direct bank transfers can be made to any State Bank account held by the respondent.

Accordingly, the money due to the respondent in terms of the subsisting orders in the appeal should be transferred by the Registrar, Original Side to the bank account of the respondent maintained with any branch of State Bank of India that the respondent may indicate. Such transfers should take place within the time indicated in the previous orders of this Court. Since the order does not seriously prejudice the appellant, the appellant has made no submission in respect thereof.

GA No.3 of 2020 in APD No.120 of 2018 stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
