The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration of the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The wife and mother of the deceased predeceased him. The surviving legal heirs being the two sons are the joint petitioners. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.75,000/- each aggregating to Rs.1.5 lakhs with one surety.

The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
