The Court:- This application has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicant has at the out set informed this Court that Hon'ble Justice Pranab Kumar Chattopadhyay, retired, has already been appointed as arbitrator by the Single Bench of this Court while deciding the application under Section 9 of the Act.

In view of this, nothing survives in the present application, which is, accordingly, disposed of.
