Considering the averments made and circumstances, I am of the view that the application should be allowed. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has opposed the said extension.

Let there be order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.

The Arbitrator is directed to publish the award within a period of three months from date.

In light of the same, AP/11/2023 is allowed.
